Caveat Emptor!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will marry in the chapel at their estate in France on August 27, 2012 according to the August 27, 2012 issue of US Weekly. Rumor has it that they had already entered into a Pacte Civil de Solidarite’ (civil pact of solidarity) which provides rights similar to those possessed by married persons. Louisiana law does not provide for such “pacts” although unmarried people can enter into contracts that govern their commercial relationships as long as the contracts do not violate Louisiana’s public policy. If you are single and thinking about moving in with your significant other, consider consulting with a lawyer for advice on making sure your pre-cohabitation rights are preserved.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a lawyer
I would like to start by saying I am from TX and my ex wife tried to file a judgment in LA. I contacted a number of lawyers that explained to me that this maybe a process that they could look into. I spoke with Mr. Cosenza with his 30 plus year of experience and he assured me this was not going to be a issue. He was very informative on the proceedings that where going to take place.
